The honest questions.

You're charging before the product exists?

Yes — and that's the deal. You're locking in founding-customer pricing while we ship V1. We charge today, you get full platform access at launch (est. Q3 2026), and your rate stays locked as long as you stay subscribed. If we don't ship, or if you change your mind, cancel for a full refund.

When does V1 actually ship?

Q3 2026 is the target. We'll publish meaningful build progress monthly to subscribers, and you'll get a personal note from David before activation.

What's the difference between Hosted and Desktop?

The same product, in two delivery shapes. Hosted is SaaS — we run the servers, you sign in. Desktop installs on your machine; your data stays local. Identity and licensing remain hosted in both. You can switch between them at activation.

Can I change seats later?

Yes. Adjust through the billing portal any time. We prorate.

Is the founding rate really for life?

As long as you stay subscribed without a multi-month lapse, yes. If you cancel and come back later, the rate at that time applies.

What if I want to cancel?

Click "manage billing" on your account page, hit cancel. Before V1 activation, you get a full refund. After activation, billing stops at the end of your cycle.

Do you have an SLA?

Not for the pre-launch period. We'll publish one alongside V1 launch (target: 99.9% on Hosted).
