What we collect

Account information (email, name), firm details you choose to provide, payment information processed by Stripe (we never store full card data), and usage information needed to operate the service.

What we don't do

We do not train AI models on customer data. We do not sell customer data. We do not share customer data with third parties beyond the sub-processors required to operate the service (listed in our DPA).

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track users across sites. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can export your data, request deletion, or correct inaccuracies at any time via your account page or by emailing hello@webelievesoftware.com.

Children

WeBelieve is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

Material changes will be announced by email and posted here with an updated date.
