1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeBelieve platform operated by WeBelieve Software ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Founding-customer subscriptions

If you subscribe before V1 ships, you reserve a founding-customer rate for the seats you purchase. We charge you today. Platform access activates at V1 launch, targeted Q3 2026. You may cancel before activation for a full refund. After activation, you may cancel at any time; billing stops at the end of the current cycle.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use WeBelieve to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service for other customers.

4. Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. We do not train AI models on your data. Full data handling terms live in our Data Processing Addendum.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" prior to V1 launch. Standard disclaimers and limitation-of-liability terms apply, to be drafted by counsel.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
